Terms and Conditions
This page will be expanded shortly, but put simply:
- we will only undertake work that has been subject to a formal proposal, agreed by the client;
- any changes have to go through the same procedure;
- payments should be made as set out in the proposal, otherwise we may take a number of actions (fuller details will follow);
- the client should provide the agreed level of staff resources;
- there is a formal complaints procedure;
- at the end of the project, we would like to produce a case study, for promotional purposes, subject to client approval, restriction, or veto.
